Where are your products manufactured?
We sell a variety of brands and many of our suppliers have multiple manufacturing facilities around the world.
What level of quality are your products?
We aim to provide the highest quality products from our consumables all the way up to equipment. All our products are CE marked.
Orders
Can I amend my order?
Due to how orders are processed please call us on 01384 890600 to cancel your order then place a new order.

Where is my order confirmation?
We apologies if you have not yet received your order confirmation, this may not come through instantly but if you've been waiting awhile...please call 01384 890600 and we will get this resent.
Can I return a product?
Items ordered in error can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the goods. Good must be unopened and in a saleable condition, return carriage is at the buyers expense. Please see our T&C's page for more information.
Delivery
How much is your delivery charge?
Free delivery on all UK web orders over £100. Delivery on all UK web orders under this value will be charged at £6.75+VAT. Delivery to Republic of Ireland is £35+VAT.
Do you offer next day delivery?
We offer next day delivery on stock items when an order is placed before 2pm.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer this service.
Can I collect my order?
Unfortunately online orders cannot be collected at this time.

Do you have a discount code?
From time to time we have discount codes available. Please sign up to our mailing list and follow us on social media for updates on these.
